Village Learning & Achievement Center’s Transition Program, offered in partnership with Humble ISD, helps high school students transition into life after graduation. Humble ISD transports students to Village Learning & Achievement Center during the school day, and the students are able to participate in activities and familiarize themselves with the day program. Our staff works with the student, parents and teachers to determine the frequency in which he/she will participate in the program. Students typically get involved with the program two years prior to graduation, and it allows for a more seamless move from high school into their community.
